Role: Sales Representatives (Independent Contractors, Hybrid, Commission-Based)
We are looking for proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales Representatives (Independent Contractors) to drive client acquisition, lead generation, and partnerships for revenue growth.
This is a hybrid role, primarily remote, with monthly in-person meetings.
Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads – Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
Follow-up & deal closure – Nurture prospects, conduct sales presentations, and convert them into paying clients.
Partnership development – Build relationships with influencers, businesses, and industry leaders to promote our services.
CRM & sales tracking – Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions using CRM tools and time-tracking software.
Market research – Stay updated on branding, marketing, and social media trends to tailor sales pitches effectively.
Client consultation – Understand client pain points and propose customized branding and marketing solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Atleast 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a commission-based role.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot, time-tracking tools such as Clockify, email marketing platforms, and social media engagement tools is an added advantage.
